| Introduction: |
| After months of sketching and designing, we have perfected the oil field tank. Our new "Straddle Tank" design allows for a safer, more efficient performance even during rough road conditions. The "Straddle Tank" has a new cradle frame with supporting arms along the sides and bottom of the tank, all connected to the two 7" full-length frame rails. This design provides the tank with extra support at different angles, a top safety feature that leads to a longer lasting tank. Baffles are a solid, single 1/4" plate flanged with two 3" channel beams, all welded to a 4" plate. The baffle design is not only tough, but works well with sludge and mud, making the cleaning process an easy one. The "Straddle Tank" also comes with two pipes built into the frame rails, where heated hoses or wires can run along the frame away from the elements. This heavy-duty tank is offered in 100, 110, and 120 barrels. Below you can take a closer look at the drawing of our new "Straddle Tank" or feel free to come visit us for a personal inspection of the new tank. |
